How do we install them?

While building a greenhouse, if the temperature inside exceeds the optimum range, it can cause serious damage to the structure of the greenhouse. With double-layer tiles installed, the heating and cooling effect is reduced. Also, since these tiles are double stacked, they act as an effective barrier against cold weather.

Tile Installation Process –

1. The first step was preparing the area where we would install the tiles. We used two materials – recycled concrete blocks and plywood.

2. We then cut out the shape of the tile pieces using a jigsaw. After that, we cleaned them carefully and prepared them for installation.

3. We installed the tiles using adhesive mortar. The adhesive mortar keeps the tiles together without any gaps. Once the glue has dried, we can move around the space and fix other elements.

4. This whole process took us about 5 hours.

5. Now that the tiles are set, we only need to wait until they dry to get our beautiful bathroom!
