1. Apple

5. Coconut (Cocos Nucifera) –
Coconuts are the fruit from the coconut palm tree, which has been used for food, drink, shelter and fuel since ancient times. It is widely cultivated today, especially in Southeast Asia where it is considered a delicacy at birthdays and special occasions. They can be eaten raw, fresh or dried. The meat inside the young fruits is tender and delicious. The fleshy white meat of mature fruits contains about 60 percent edible oil.
6. Grapefruit –
Grapes have been around for thousands of years and originated in China. The name comes from the Greek word “grape”, which means a cluster of grapes. There are many varieties of grapefruit out there, but the most common ones we know are pummelo, pink grapefruit, red ruby grapefruit, green grapefruit, etc. This sweet citrus fruit is packed full of Vitamin C, A, B-complex vitamins and minerals like manganese, copper, iron, and phosphorous.
7. Strawberries –
Strawberries are members of the rose family. As their name suggests, they are related to roses, and look similar to them, hence the common name. Strawberries are well known for their bright colors and delicate flavor, making them perfect for eating fresh off the vine or simply enjoying as a snack in your lunchbox. Strawberries are also rich in antioxidants and fiber making them excellent for consumers’ health.
8. Kiwi Fruit –
This tropical fruit originates from New Zealand. It is commonly used as a snack and is often referred to as a kiwifruit. These small, oval-shaped fruits are usually greenish-yellow in color. Most watermelons are harvested between July and September. They originate from Mexico and Central America. Watermelons contain lycopene, a natural pigment that gives them their deep hues and makes them ideal for juicing. They are extremely healthy due to containing high amounts of vitamin C, potassium, calcium, folate, and fiber.
10. Orange –
Orange fruits are great sources of vitamin A, vitamin C, niacin, K, calcium, folic acid, thiamine (B-thiamine), and riboflavin (B-vitamin). Oranges are good for your skin since they are high in beta carotene. They are also useful for digestion as oranges are full of fiber.
